NFLX+DIS deal will push NFLX to $280

wow! agreement says "episodes can be streamed instantly with Netflix memberships starting at $7.99 a month" - this is what I was waiting for as a member. Comcast. Dish & DirectTV all in old technology and costly.
    More deals are underway...

Cheers longs.. just wait for 260+ by Friday..shorts please bring it down more - i like it :)

    • This is where it starts. Once they ink HBO, NBC, Comedy Central, etc. then NFLX can come out with a service at $30-$40/month and undercut big cable/satellite.

And this is where the multiple and 'absurd valuation' shorts don't understand comes from. They already are dominating device integration. (first mover advantage)

NFLX is just an $8/month service because they don't have a ton of content yet to justify higher prices. It'll scale up before you know it, and their entire DVD library will eventually move online as well.
