Netflix on smartphones makes no sense

I just downloaded the Netflix app on to my android smartphone. I figured I would test out the app since there has been so much hype about subscriber growth via these devices.

    Here are my observations:

    1) Netflix App uses way too much storage space on the device
    2) Screen size is just way too small to enjoy
    3) Sound is pathetic
    4) Selecting movies or TV shows is tedious
    5) After five minutes, your hand/arm gets a cramp from holding up phone

Ok... These are pretty obvious negative observations. I guess the screen size on the IPad is better but still sound is horrible.

TV Shows and Movies are made for larger screens. Large screens with sound systems to enjoy the programs as they were meant to be seen and heard.

Netflix wants you to believe that their universe of subscribers is the entire smartphone market. Don't be fooled. Most of the intelligent subscribers have ONE household subscription and we mostly enjoy the DVDs by mail.

We (90%) stream occasionally on game boxes and Blue Ray players but have no intention on paying additionally to get the service on a smartphone.

    Anyone care to disagree?
