Once a stock drops like Netflix did, wannabees buy call options for pennies creating this tug of war scenario. Hedgers will not relinquish their valuable shares for pennies, they'd rather short and create resistence levels. These levels are reached in small increments, taking years to overcome. Netflix is stuck below 100 for now, and won't see that number for another six months. It will slowly rise to 150 over a two year span IF they aren't desperate for cash for their overseas ventures, which could resultin a share sale and liquidation to fund such ventures. Bottom line. Forget about easy pickings here. You have to buy the stock outright and wait it out like any other legitimate stock.
