....their common stock would have been their best investment. Instead, they are buying things, and then achieving POOR RETURNS on the acquisitions.
Will we now need to ISSUE MORE common shares, to pay for the $67 million investment?
These guys are pure scam artists, as far as I am concerned. These properties, which are not even in their direct truck stop "core business segment," were bought, in order to provide more properties to HPT. O'Brien remains a mere lackey of RMR/Portnoy.
