ADP declared a quarterly dividend of $0.435 per share, or $1.74 annualized. This is a 10.1% increase from the prior quarterly dividend of $0.395.
The dividend payable on January 1, 2013, to stockholders of record on December 14, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of December 12, 2012.
Why can't they pay it out Dec 31 to get in under 2012 dividend rules? the BOD really isn't doing their job.
hundreds of companies are giving out special dividends before year end to save their holders taxes, yet frigin ADP still pays out their dividend Jan 1. I ask again, why can't they pay it out Dec 31?
Great giving pennies while the stock sheds dollars. The current management team that ruined Merrill is busy doing the same here. Run away, or at least to India, that's where the American jobs are going. Very patriotic.
