The pay, benefits, and working conditions are very good.
Some of the management are very good people, and bend the rules to protect sick employees from losing their job and benefits. I saw it with my own eyes during the decades I worked at ADP.
If economic conditions and legal loopholes force companies like ADP to outsource overseas, blame the lawmakers and not the business people. Canada protects it's workers from overseas outsourcing, so why doesn't the USA? We have the best government that money can buy.
