If PZN can continue to grow FFOPS, eventually things will turn for the stock price. Looking forward to the dividends and year-end dividend. All PZn has to do is build prisons and let governments decide what to do with them. IMO, if PZN builds the prisons and governments staff them with government prison guards and staff, this shouldn't be very politically objectionable, for the private sector is merely financing the building of new facilities. Any thoughts?
OOHAY could you please mention a specific incident or incidents that would have caused analysts to not trust management. If there are credibility issues, how does the analyst know the dividends are safe. I listened to the CC and agree with the analyst that the ramp-up fees are not that big a deal. Thanks in advance for your reply. <EOM>
Good idea but does not always work. Many public unions and public employees would not work in a facility designed to PZN (CCA) standards. Not that they are bad facilities just another the way the public gets fleeced.
