jt: Are you out there: The yield on the ten year treasury bonds, which is a proxy for yields on home loans, has dropped below 5%. If it drops a little more (1/4 to 1/2%) it will probably spur another round of home loan refinancing. ITIC made a new high today and I'am feeling pretty good about it. The larger title companies were weak today because somebody reduced their estimates for the financial sector. I am hanging on to ITIC and hoping for higher prices. I hope you are still in it too.

    • Sorry I have taken so long to get back to this board, but i have been on vacation, and
since my last post here gone deeply into REITS
MBS type mostly. NLY,FB,AXM,RAS these are paying really good dividends and will be ok as long as rates are stable. I see that ITIC is producing great earnings, but I have become accustomed to
bigger dividends so I am out of this stock
except for a small amount I bought in my wifes
IRA. I wish you the best of luck, and I hope
      itic takes off for ya...
