    EPS down 29%

Even if the earnings slide stops at the present level of 60 cents per quarter, the stock is trading around 15x forward earnings. And we haven't seen the worst yet. The Fed is set to raise rates through year end.

Will investors pay 15x EPS for a title insurer?? How about a title insurer with falling earnings??

    • All true! My reaction is not to sell and to hope to rebuy at a lower price, though. Instead, it's to hold and to buy even more if the price drops enough.

It's the way I'm dealing with NTZ, too. I'm neither buying nor selling at currently prevailing prices per share.
