unless you're short. Listened to Lazard presentation and it sounds like waiting word from FDA to proceed with trials. Any day. End of year comments on IPLEX are coming with a Patent Expiry Jan 12? Whats the problem???
"End of year comments on IPLEX are coming with a Patent Expiry Jan 12?"
If Insmed had plans for iPlex that revolved around the expiry of one patent in 2012, despite the fact that other patents subsist until 2018, then they certainly would have done something in order to take advantage of the 2012 expiry by now. It is permissible to manufacture a patented drug for scientific research before the patent expires.
In short, I don't think that whatever plans Insmed may or may not have for iPlex have anything to do with the expiration of a patent in the next few months.
Sounds like INSM wants out.
More than a month has passed since the FDA pushed NTM back into Phase 2 and additional trials and CF added expense with Insmed limited resources may be not be doable.I realize that Insmed will be on the hook for additional monies and lawsuits should they back out.Why the doom and gloom ;maybe because we live in the real world.
Can we still listen to Lazard -- I don't see it on Insmed site.
But are you saying "there are still talks with FDA"? I thought all the talking is over and they have to decide how to best approach this.
Did they say anything on the Lazard talk about what exactly happened with the rats?
Hello. I am Mondo. My friends and I buy Bio stocks below cash and with money in the bank. This company has much dollars. What is the problem? Many cheaters and liars here working for companies trying to buy Insmed cheap. Most are off shore or they would be in big trouble. We believe that based on our 16 years experience that this company is worth 4Xpps. We are usually on target. We bought Dend a few years ago at $6 before it went 6XXX. Could be wrong, but we will buy shares from all stupid people. Most here who write are paid to scare retail. The truth is that soon there will be no retail. Why? Big shoes walk with big feet. Bye!
