Fidelity is giving indexers an opportunity to buy in at a significant discount to recent highs, while they de-risk their own investment by recovering some of their initial investment at a handsome profit. We have seen other instys do the very same thing. It's what I plan to do when the share price gets a little higher, should we see favorable pIII results.
