Sees this for what it is, and takes the opportunity to buy on this..Would anyone in their right mind think for
a minute that the FDA would be fooled by what this known enity tries to pass as scientific prowess? Is he
kidding? I wouldn't be surprised to see one of the analysts following this company to come out and re-itterate
their view. Not only is this writer calling the company a fraud, but he's attacking the credibility and integrity of
every analyst that has issued a buy position in this company. Does anyone for a second believe that if what he purports to be factual the analysts wouldn't have spotted it immediately, and issued a sell recommendation?
I am a buyer here, and might have to purchase a subscription to his column in thanks, and for comic relief.
Feuerstein article states that Insmed is going to the FDA to get approval for CF patients, which is
incorrect. Insmed did the trials in Europe and will 1st be sent to European Medicines Agency. An
attempt for US approval in CF would only come later.
Careful, broke support. I believe Insmed analysts( Lazard oh please) about as much as "The Street".It doesnt matter who is right or wrong now,it matters what the smart money is doing. Insmeds S.I. is around 25%+, and that is a fact we can all agree on.Good Luck

Usually a company won`t even try and put out a press release to counterman such a hit piece, they actually believe it adds credibility to the writer of the article.I say it does the complete opposite,I want to hear from Lewis by way of a press release discrediting this article or from one of the analysts covering the stock. I called IR several times and she hasn`t even called me back yet,Ridiculous, her job is to bring investors to the table and protect the ones we have from this kind of crud,I`m furious with this, longs please call IR and stress your frustrations with this. Her # is 212-838-3777 and her name is Anne Marie.
No, I have to agree with the company not even responding by way of a PR. It can only do damage to the company and I support the theory that if you get into a #$%$ contest with a skunk you are going to come smelly.
I do however believe this could be addressed in the next quarter CC.
