The only course for small investors seems to be to take the .50 per share pre split offer ? I own 1k shares & would get $500 or almost 2 shares worth a whole $180.00 so I guess like most we will lose money, does anyone think holding on to 1 or 2 shares is feasible ? There is no doubt this company is completely screwing shareholders!!!! Thanks for anyone's input
it's in their consolidation spieel, but is only valid for what's left after the 501 allocation. ie: if have 1000 shares one would get 1 new share and 499 X .50 = 249.50. So can't get more than $250 this way under 1 holding. PLEASE CHECK CALCULATIONS IMO.
Reverse split would be bad enough - acknowledging that they don't anticipate recovering to anything close to what some of us (myself included) paid. But what's with 501? Anybody with some round holding (100, 500, 1000, 2000, etc.) unless it's very large (50,100 or such), gets forced out. We continue to get screwed by this company.
I own close to 5000 shares and not certain which way to vote? Lost tons of money on this p.o.s. and want to vote against but not sure what it will accomplish in the end? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
