This healthcare reit has much more risk than the 3% return we receive. Not a basher here, someone that previously owned Nationwide Health Properties. At the current price I say HOLD and hope for an additional hike in divvy
Cats-we go through this every couple of months--we are in the same boat with NHP--we got Ventas at $53 and change and now it is at $83 in less then 2 years-- if you don't like the divvy take the over 50% profit and be done with it-- it's like you wish the stock did not move up so you could get a better per cent divvy????
