After taking a look at the 10 year P/FFO average for VTR I feel much, much better. I needed to stop and take a look back at stock basics 101 to figure this out. Would love to see the chart form a bottom here (the bottom of the cup) and form a handle (a strong buy). Again I am not reading anything negetive nor do I see nothing but buys by analyst for VTR.
Damn, I must be going nuts, I am talking to myself! I am a retired college professor and once asked my friend who taught psychology if I was crazy and he asked if I talk to myself? He said "Cat" thats my nickname, he said you are the sanest person I know! There, can anyone talk with me on this board?
Cats-I'm a retired science teacher of 34 years from an inner city school so talking to myself comes naturally-nothing has changed to Reits internally-they are as strong as ever BUT the Fed might take away the stimulus program and we have an increase in bond rates--add the fact that most Reits have sky rocketed to all time highs and we have a 10% adjustment..I'm in a half a dozen of Healthcare DRIP programs -this 10% reduction in price simply means that I will acquire more shares at re-investment time and have a higher yield on the new shares. Still hard to see the Reits get battered every day But I have gone through this before and in the end it all works out.
