i guess we have to get beyond the tapering talk. Till then, the fear of interest rates rising are really hurting the pps of all the REITs. Just my opinion. In the meantime, I'm adding to my position and will collect the dividend.
You are correct, its all the REITS which make up a LARGE part of my portfolio (33% financials of which 18% REITS), I am only up 7% for the year which really blows..... great board conversations though, below $70 a strong buy here, very conservative REIT, great management, and most debt has already been financed, remember...we all get old
