Sardar got his maximum bonus of $10 million and he has to spend $3 million on BH stock within 120 days. (Of the exact date, It doesnt say)
His 3 year total is near $18 million.
But, over the last year or two, the stock price hasnt done as well as he has.
The good news is he has to hold his shares for years so he is in this for the long haul and Im sure he wants to make himself as much money as possible. The rest of us will go along for the ride if he does as well as he expects.
I have no idea what his next move is. I know he wants to buy an insurance company.
Ideally, a 3rd party will buy CBRL at a nice premium because really thats his only endgame other than holding for years on end.
I think BH shares will do better is he gets cashed out of CBRL.
Im not really comfortable with him taking SUCH a large wager like he did. Not my style but I would have been better off selling all my BH and buying CBRL when he started buying CBRL.
