I thought CALL was going to announce earnings on the 28 because it is permitted to work on 28 and 29 of Passover, but on 29th market is closed. Now, work is not permitted on the coming Monday and Tuesday, so the earning dates that are possible are 28 (yesterday), or 3rd of April.
"The subject annual report, semi-annual report, transition report on Form 10-K, Form 20-F, Form 11-K, Form N-SAR or Form N-CSR, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date; or the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q, or portion thereof will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date"
russo signed the extension filing on monday 18.that means plus 15 days.
also he declared
"will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date"
we will see the earnings plus outlook next week on tuesday.no doubt.
Don't worry it's going to be awhile - weeks? months? - before CALL posts earnings. Can you imagine the challenge of trying to correctthe major accounting discrepancies found by Copperfield without creating further legal problems? Either they lie again and risk digging themselves a deeper hole with the SEC or they tell the truth and hand the class action plaintiffs all the proof they're seeking.
This is as much a problem for CALL's lawyers as their accountants.
