Can anyone tell me what it is like to work at CACI? I am considering a job as a project manager.
When I was employed there between 1992 to 2007 it was a fantastic place to work. It was like one big happy family. I was able to work as many hours as I liked which was around 60 hrs a week.Although I wasn`t an engineer or project manager I was on the janitorial Service Crew everyone treated us with respect. Most of the Big Shots barely seemed to notice I was a Negro and was even thrown a party at the end of my tenth year.I had a 401K and great Health Insurance and an anual raise until I topped out at 22.40 an hour. Ahhh The Good old days.
I was just hired on as a program financial analyst I and I truly believe it depends on where you get placed. My division is really like a small family, everyone is really nice but when your stuck inside a windowless scary building I'm assuming you get pretty close with everyone. The benefits are amazing to say the very least. Good luck and I hope this helped.
It depends on where you are being offered a position and the projects you will be working with - some opportunities provide a better environment than others might - I know that's not much of an answer, but it's a pretty wide open question
