IBM is buying the consulting arm of Price Waterhouse for about .7x sales; COGI now trades for .3x sales, and COGI is still nicely profitable.COGI should double from here if it trades anywhere near reasonable value again.

The "negative" earnings come from non-cash writeoffs like depreciating goodwill. COGI's real cash flow each quarter is very good for a small company.I bought more today at the absurd price of US$1.52. COGI is worth US$4-5 easily.
