First they gang up on the stock shorting huge amounts to drive down the price, then post misinformation to try and keep others from buying while they cover. This is like hunting rabbits with a machine gun while occasionally firing bursts into the air to frighten any hunter wanting to use a shotgun. The SEC is considering changes in rules on short selling. It should. Traders should be able to short whenever they choose. That is reasonable as long as they borrow their shares; but these naked shorts of small caps is scewing the market unfairly. There's a license to steal at this time in smallcap land.
