Rental housing is surging. If MBND forces MDTV into bankrupy...why should MBND be allowed to snap up MDU's exclusive contracts? Seems at that point...if Multiband reneged on the buyout contract...MDU should be on the market for all cable companies to pick up the pieces on the cheap. I own much more MBND than MDTV at this point...but what you are stating just seems illegal and unethical.
In Chapter 11 the creditors rule and shareholders get ZERO unless and until all of the other classes of creditors can be paid 100%. That clearly would not happen in this case. Actually it is Full Circle that would probably be in control but you can be sure that the shareholders would get zero. If MBND provided the "highest and best" offer than they would get the assets, but the bidding would most certainly be open to all.
