oh sugar, it is so nice to have you back with us. So, just what are they suppose to tell their atty. general. You are not saying something as stupid as BBT is breaking some kind of law or reg or something, are you??
I am just so impressed by the excellent research you put together.See, I am being nicer. Glad to have you back.
Yes I am exactly implying that they are cheating people--and that it accounted for $40 million of their net income in Q1--about 10% of profits. That's a strong motive for criminal activity. The original poster declares that a change in the way the checks are received resulted in overdraft charges. A reply from a BBT employee confirms the practice. Class action suit anyone?
Sugar you troll - I have had checking accounts for well over 40 years and never had an overdraft charge. Keeping track of your account balance and not over drafting is a personal responsibility not a bank responsibility. So what is the basis of the suit? The bank made you stupid and irresponsible?
Great sugar, I really am glad you are back. But you have even less of a chance with this one than you did with the earnings/writedown call you made. Do you even know what class action means, or are you just saying stuff again?
