This board kind of died of late. Where is Norm? Who here remembers reading his highly informative bullshit on why the bank stock was poised to rocket up. I'm not saying any of the analysis was incorrect. Sounded good. Except the bank's income is directly correlated to the economy. All management can do is control the amount of leverage (risk) they take when things are going well to control income and protect against loss. BBT proved they can protect your money, just can't make any unless economy is going at full steam. I'm out of stock and still waiting for some price support before creeping back in. Overall, I'm 50% cash. Nothing personal Norm, but I remember your post's the most. I'd like read more from you on macro issues. We'd all make better investment decisions.
