I agree that mgt should earn a bonus, but how can a bonus be justified at this time. The pps has a high of $45/share and a divident of about 7%, this is the point where bonuses should be computed from. Until the pps returns to that point mgt should be working for just salary.
Stock holders always come out on the short end. Like some one said, the common stock holders are the owners and their name is at the bottom of the list to share in the company profit. Always after mgt, B of D's and labor. It should be the other way around.
