What happen to the continuing buzz an IPO should generate in a newly IPO'd biotech ? Has the thread been abandoned now that all investors have dumped loss shares for income tax NOL's and the OMER personnel posting pump to dampen the negative facts and continuing risk posted here? May be pretty lonely around here with the two camps gone. I will be quietly sitting in courtroom durning the jury trial as I plan to have time on my hands by then, ITS just TOO FASCINATING, to this junkie of stock market and business management / mismanagement history. Will no doubt be added as a Harvard B school cases, like those I so thoroughly enjoyed.
Guess we are left to conclude that the IPO was the exit strategy for the early "connected" investors, while last preferred series (likely underwater)and IPO investors remain bag-holders. YES!! juicy courtroom stuff, if it goes that way.
PC good call, no posts of any consequence. Wait until that followup secondary offerring to get as many bagholders as out there. Be interesting when the lockup period ends. Will the crony insiders hold back the temptation of jumping ship onto the liferaft? ... Or do they go down with El Capitan? Now that's loyalty.
