Joe McAdams said no to my rent reduction of $1100 per month for a mobile home
i have a double lot and asked for a reduction in rent.they said no. now i got a permit to move my mobile home and they still said no. now wouldnt you think common sense would have them want to keep a tennant instead of loosing one.it doesnt make sense too me. the vacancy factor is 15 percent.thats unaceptable. but dont forget this company also raised the rents in the worst economic crisis since the great depression. i would sell the stock
Have seen it all they raise the rent and people turn there manufactured home over to them and they sell it or rent it the market is so bad you can't sell. They also charge high rates on RV and have tons of vacent space you figure!!!
sam zell of ELS is known as the grave dancer- they raise your rent then you cant sell then they take your home then they sell it then they raise the rent then they take it then they sell it.... get the picture????? sell it and crash them!
