10 billion plus market cap for a yoga pants company with a couple of dozen products. Only in America! "new age" company with a "new vision" in retailing hahahahaha! Gimme a break! Already, people don't like their new product line! In a year or two, no one will be caught dead in "yoga pants"! This is bound to end badly!
Most overvalued stock??? Are you kidding me! I just bought it last week for about $66 and just sold for $68.25 and still got some left.
This is a great stock to make money (seems like you have no idea how) and who cares about their product? I don't even know exactly what they sell and I still making money on the stock.
Wait till it gets back to $80 - what will you say then?
Wow! You make a whole $2.25? You must be a real "brainiac"! The stock will never see $80 again and keep holding your remaining shares for the $20-30 loss per share that's on the way when this bloated pig crashes back to earth, Vladdy! BTW excellent way to invest! In something you know nothing about!
Whether it is PCs, phones, or clothing, eventually big profits attract new competitors and that drives down retail prices and profit margins. To this point LULU has had the segment to itself, but there is virtually nothing to prevent competitors from opening stores virtually overnight. Current valuation cannot be sustained indefinitely. Shareholders can only hope that growth in earnings is enough to counterbalance a declining p/e.
