    Greenspan's Legacy

You're living it. The destruction of the U.S., no, the world economy. And now that the comsumers are throwing in the towel, the full effects of his 2000 irrational "inflation" bias may haunt us for years to come. Those in (unchecked) power must be held accountable. Don't blame Bush. This is Greenspan's mess. Somebody show this lunatic the door.

Massive deflation yet to come?? Back in the early 1930s the general level of prices declined by 25% to 30%. The DJIA bottomed out at 40. Nothing much happened until WWII put money into people's hands again. There was nothing to spend it on, however, until the war ended and the postwar boom began in 1946.

Are we headed back to the 1932 lows in the DOW?
