agreed .... 2nd lines are nearly "in house retired" .. they can handle the work ... or better yet ... dump all 1st and
2nd line mgmt .. the 3rd lines can run the show through monitors at every workstation ... g
I think that's already a done deal after the most recent reorg. First line managers, recently stripped of their role (which are people managers that have no people to manage anymore) are not needed. The second line managers are next... and eventually all employees will be reporting directly to Ginni. That will be interesting. It's amazing how quickly a company can self-destruct with a completely incompetent executive team, snorting pixie dust and sucking on each others toe jam.
