According to EPD none. Keysotne will mostly bring heavy oil diluted with NGL to refineries in the western US. Nothing to do in that with EPD.
It will also bring oil to the midwest. Much of this to give more capacity from Montana where the OKE/OKS expansions scheduled for 2014 completion are already inadequate.
Also remember the fallacy of Keystone is about 1/3 is existing pipe and another 1/3 does not need any additional permitting. If they do not approve next year thaat oil is simply going to go to China on a different pipe. Canada wants it to go to the US because their producers already have contacts there, but that oil is going to be refined and consumed by either us or the Chinese. Wonder which one would have less pollution from the process! LOL>
Little to no impact IMO; you can compare EPD projects, (see investor presentations). Perhaps the most significant project is the ATEX ethane pipeline. Perhaps on area of concern for EPD in relation to the Zero Admin. anti-E&P and now pipeline expansion projects is could there be unnecessary ATEX project delays?
