    is the fed pushing behnd the scenes, through the media, etc.

    to drive pps as low as possible and then execute their warrants to buy and maximize their gains? I understand there is a lot that has to take place for this to happen, but all the selling seems very controlled somehow.

    • oh yes, what you describe is (and has been) happening since maybe even befoe march...the time lines of
      different events speaks volumes (as rickniagra would say)

      1) fannie/freddie skyrocketed on march 15 to begin the newest run up
      2) on april 15th the president signs a bill which relieves congressional insiders from instant disclosure
      of stock transactions (this is the time i think congressional insiders and berkowitz started loading up

      they must hold purchased stocks for six months before they can sell, which would be right about now,
      so since under SEC rules that they cannot sell for six months, they missed out on being able to sell at
      the high prices we saw.

      now the question is: Who started this selling trend? The Congressional Insiders? (throught their brokers?)
