And please refrain from using the tired and old statement that "this time its different"
Personally, I wish I had a dollar for everytime I hear that ridiculous phrase.
This run has been relatively slow and steady, It is trending in an upward direction. Sure there will be corrections after big spikes upward or down but the momentum is up. If you can honestly say to yourself that replacing FNMA and FMCC makes more sense than repairing them then you are a moron. These 2 entities were the crutch used to stabilize the housing industry and take on the banks toxic loan and you think we should throw them out for something that has not withstood the test of time. I DON'T THINK SO.
