They actually have a real product that's being sold. Just because a company has paid PR doesn't mean they are a P&D.. A true P&D company exists only to sell stock there is no product, office, employees etc. Not really the case here. Was the facebook Ipo a P&D just because they had paid PR, News coverage and goldman sach's promoting the stock?
But just remember their can be two factions in venues like this operating with different agendas. One who wants to sell product to raise the funds to build the company and there-by increase the pps and another faction who's only goal is to pump the product in the hopes of raising the pps and then manipulate it to make their money and then crashing it. A not that uncommon tactic . Buyer beware is all I'm saying.
