Corn Oil extraction in operation from CC

Got to go back to listen again.
But I noted 1 plant starts extracting in MAY,
    and Stockton in July..

Also .6 pound per bushel, selling at 40c FOB per pound.

I wish someone had asked : are you running flat out now?

    • Ya, he did say Magic Valley would start their Corn Oil Extraction here in May, and as you say, he did say $0.6 pound per bushel of corn/milo, and thats more than he have said before (it has been $0.5

The ICM deal was someting with, they should pay for the installation and the equipment with corn oil $$ - I dont think there was upfront money in the deal as I understood it earlier, and it was a great attitude ICM took.

      • ICM and PEIX are infringing GERS' patents. ICM lost both Markman hearings to GERS. ICM is desperate, they gave PEIX the equipment free upfront, to make it look like producers are buying their equipment. It was a desperate ploy since they're losing in court, not a good attitude like you claim. The infringing equipment will be paid for out of corn oil revenues, meaning less profit for years until it's paid off. GPRE paid for their ICM equipment long ago and licensed it with GERS.

The ICM extracts in the .55 pound range. Edeniq's infringing system does .60
GPRE said some plants are doing .9 pounds. These are plants with GERS' equipment. Alfal Laval centrifuges. The rest of GPRE's equipment is from ICM and extracts lower, but nonetheless, are all licensed with GERS.

        Sentiment: Strong Sell
