I think a start of Madera has a very high priority in Pacific Ethanol.
When I do margin calculations in Madera plant with 15% sugar 85% corn with the current margin environment and 40 million gallons Madera ethanol, I think Madera is 1 priority - it would be in my universe - that is really good earnings.
It is EPA determines when Madera will be started.
If EPA announces a satisfactory RFS2 mandate, I think NK in the same moment taking the decision to start Madera - that is my opinion.
I do not know how long it will take, from making a decision, and then to a start of Madera may be reality, but I imagine 3-4 months in preparation in addition to the preparations have been made already. But perhaps that is wrong?
