I've sold my Intuit long time a go (should have shorted it, silly me!), because I noticed that this company is run by a bunch of incompetent people. They try to increase revenue by marketing gimmicks, but they forget to produce quality products. Later, they will scream bloody murder, when Microsoft beats them in their own game - personal finance software. Since Intuit started off-shoring their business, the customer quality went to hell. I have no trust in their management, that's why I am convinced that until there is a change at the top, Intuit is going to continue to lose its market share in all products.
