This company hosed me on a new Quickbooks product I purchased. The thing doesn't work at all and it was defective when they sold it to me and they knew it. Now they refuse to honor their warranty and want to charge me for support. Can you say class-action lawsuit? Maybe I just go park my butt in the president's office in Mountain View until they get it. Next stop - State Attorney General's Office.

rberish I know the 2009 product is TERRIBLE. I recieved an automated update the other day from them and you can choose to make it work like the 2008 version. It now works like it used to I put my adding maching back in the desk and took all the post its off my screen. Life is good again.
