I'm not complaining, but, if you have an interest in Intuit, you owe it to yourself to at least peruse the links I posted. They seem to represent the tip of a very nasty iceberg. It would be wise for "Intuititanic" to avoid further damage by the iceberg if at all possible.
When you have a million+ customers, even if 1% of them are unhappy, that's 10,000 people! Also, you would be surprised how many people are trying to commit fraud via the debit card refund. I believe IRS and tax prepares are trying to reduce the amount of fraud in these cases, which seems to be the root of a lot of complaints.
