btw, i bought back into INTU recently, getting my first shares in the low 30's a week or two ago after seeing massive institutional involvement. i have added more as the chart rose and began to look healthy again.
being a longtime Intuit customer, i used to get really tired of the basher/shorts talking about poor customer service and lousy employee conditions at Intuit. here is my story:
my 1999 Turbo Tax Deluxe version was not installing on my older Dell home computer. i called Intuit technical support late in the day and the Intuit support person spent approximately 1 1/2 hours attempting to help me. i want to add that most of this call occurrred after their closing time. although we were not successful (it turned out to be a problem with my Dell), i was most impressed with the lengths this woman went to help me. during the course of the conversation with her (i had to reboot my computer numerous times), i asked her how she liked working for Intuit. she was extremely positive about her Intuit work experience and said something very close to "... they treat us very well here".
personally, that really makes me happy to own a company which treats its folks well.
are right, but I think "we ain't seen nothin' yet" from this excellent company. The potential is nearly unlimited and the management has executed wonderfully so far. 100% of my spec is right here. Yee-haw!
