Just read through material and noticed BOD recommends approval of stock awards for mgt as they met most of their goals. Would love to know what those goals were, they sure weren't related to stock value.
I would grant them stock options that are exercisable when the PPS hits $50.
I can't believe they only met most of their goals. Pay for performance is a joke. You usually set goals that have already been met.
Seems the whole meeting centers around compensation, what a disappointment.
