"final and complete Plan of Reorganization, containing signed Global Settlement Agreement, and accompanying Disclosure Statement due to be filed tomorrow, Friday, May 21; objections due by May 28; hearing on motion to approve Disclosure Statement on June 3rd".
June 3rd date is after the exclusivity experation, so what is the point of this hearing then.
DS MUST be approved, and it's a pre-requisite to consideration/approval/voting for the POR. Exclusivity lost does NOT mean that WMI's POR is now P.O.S - only that others can file their own.
WMI MUST file by tomorrow afternoon so other parties have time to prepare objections. The very latest revision to revision to revised documents has to be in by June 2nd, I believe. Anyway, generally speaking, there's no limit on how many revisions are allowed, nor a time limit.
