finally the original SGGH crew is gone. What do you think they took with them? I'm guestimating 5-10m plus whatever the resignation deal gives Craig. I'll be interested to see what they gave him to make him go away.
And, of course, the lost opportunity cost the last 3 years has been tremendous. I'd guesstimate it at up around 25m. It's been one really bad nightmare the last 3 years.
Now that we're on to new business--I know they can pull in new money every couple of years to use the NOLs but it's nothing like what you're thinking. You just can't marry SGGH to some cash cow and monetize the NOLs. That's illegal. This is going to be a long slow process and, we'll now see what the new management accomplishes compared to what it takes out of this company.
