    • I never really have a problem with options. Options, if done correctly, align the officers' interest with the company's interests and create all the incentive for the officers to get the share price up. Same for bonuses.

      The offenses of ex sggh management were the ratchet down clause of the options and then the exorbitant salaries and expenses that they just gave themselves. Totally unwarranted. And, of course, they accomplished nothing. One had to wonder what they did every day at work when there was nothing to put in the quarterly reports for 3 straight years.

      I actually now have high hopes for SGGH under Colville and Zell. It's just too bad we're now 3 years down the road and down 30% from where we started 3 years ago.
