why would a Con-Way director buy 20,000 shares of stock at an average price of $40.89? Must be because he believes in management's long-term strategy...or maybe he knows something that is going to drive the price up.wn
I believe it to be the latter.I just ran a discounted cash model on my projections of the company's free cash flow, and I find the stock to be undervalued. This director is cleaning up while the getting's good. He knows the shares are undervalued, and that they will reward him in due time.
If you look at the SEC filings page on CNW's website, you can see that several top execs have disclosed they've recently bought stock.
He's just a director....speculating like the rest of us....
You don't speak for me and for my investment objectives.Believe it or not, Mr. Ripley, actual investors still exist.
