International revenues totaled $39 million or 27% of total revenues, reflecting a particularly strong quarter in North America. EMEA accounted for $32 million or 23%, with APAC and the other Americas representing 3% and 1%, respectively.
On the new customer front, we are pleased to publicly announce our second domestic Tier 1, Rostelecom, Russia's largest telecommunications provider with over 500,000 kilometers of fiber. We also had our first win in Africa, showing that we are gaining traction in the regions in EMEA, while still seeing continued strong momentum in Western and Eastern Europe.
I was a little puzzled by Rostelecom being a "domestic" customer. I guess maybe "domestic" refers to a company that serves the domestic market in the country it operates in, rather than a multinational service provider? As opposed to "domestic" meaning United States.
