The blame once again falls on the Instructors not the management that caused this problem to occur, not the greed of the CEO and others at that level. They are the ones responsible for this decline. The have mismanaged this once great company into this horrible decline. Why the hecj doesn't Blum step in and oust this do nothing CEO already and chop those do nothing upper level mangement heads already. Vote them out already.
So instead management rids all the highest paid full time instructors across the board without investigating potential impact of schools. Management needs to rid the high paid executives that make these stupid decisions because it is just that which will bring down the level expertise in the classroom. Bravo ML for making a wonderful decision - Hope you rot in hell along with Modany. You lost many great people at ITT and set the pace for self destruction of what all these hard working instructors build. You did nothing to make this school great. You jumped from one position to the next because "Daddy" knows someone, not you having the tools to make good decisions.
