Impeaching George Walker Bush, President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.
Resolved, That George Walker Bush, President of the United States, is impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors, and that the following articles of impeachment be exhibited to the United States Senate:
Articles of impeachment exhibited by the House of Representatives of the United States of America in the name of itself and of the people of the United States of America, against George Walker Bush, President of the United States of America, in maintenance and support of its impeachment against him for high crimes and misdemeanors.
In his conduct while President of the United States, George Walker Bush, in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed, has willfully violated the law and manipulated the judicial process of the United States for his personal political agenda, by impeding the execution of the law, defrauding the Department of Justice and the federal court system, and thereby obstructing the law, and the administration of justice, in that:
On October 26, 2006, George Walker Bush signed the Secure Fence Act into law. This law requires that 854 miles of border fence be built on the border with Mexico. George Walker Bush has to date built some eleven miles. Considering the apology of George Walker Bush to the Mexican people, while in Mexico, for signing this bill, it is clear that George Walker Bush, President of the United States, has brokered deals with Mexico, a country hostile to the United States in a time of war, and clearly owes some alligiance to Mexico which has corrupted the Oath of Office he has swore to.
George Walker Bush, President of the United States, has clearly violated Title 8, Section 1324 of the United States Code in that he has aided and abetted criminal entrants into the United States. He has done this during a time of war that he himself has declared. The extreme circumstances following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 should have required, at a minimum, a rigorous adherence to the statutes of the United States Code regarding criminal aliens. George Walker Bush has done just the opposite. George Walker Bush has encouraged more violations of our border laws by comments promoting amnesty while on foreign soil and by refusing to enforce existing laws.
George Walker Bush has, in league with his old friends and cronies Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and Federal Prosecutor Johnny Sutton , maliciously and falsely prosecuted and incarcerated Border Patrol Agents. Specifically two officers Compean and Ramos who are beginning to serve unreasonable and harsh eleven and twelve year sentences in federal prison. This criminal act was undertaken to intimidate the Border Patrol such that criminal border crossers would have easier access to the United States.
George Walker Bush as President of the United States, has knowingly ignored his duty under Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution to protect the several states party to the Constitution from foreign invasion. The Special Circumstance of purposeful dereliction of duty in a time of war that George Walker Bush himself has declared elevates this Article of Impeachment from mere negligence to Treason.
Step one to proving something is the ability to recognize
REALITY. Without such an ability to recognize REALITY proving something is impossible. For example, T take two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen, spray in a balloon, shake well and report back on the REALITY of the situation. This process should PROVE something to a sane soul.
