By now even our management team has come to the inevitable conclusion that delays on Rochelle and the Conoco wells has pushed back other development plans. Staring at a ugliness of a $500million note at 12% should sober anyone. So.....that got me to thinking. It is time to face the music and admit that END cannot develop much of the oil and gas properties in the US that are owned. We dont have the money. Seems to me that the prudent thing to do would be to raise some cash by selling off some the oil and gas properties to others while the market is good. We need the money and we need to deleverage. WHy hold properties that we cant do anything with?
