I thought Jack sounded good too. And among other things, very straightforward and honest. He was clear that the money situation was bad. But he also said it was manageable. And the recent announcement shows one of the ways that they are managing it. If Jack pulls this company through to the stage where they are actually selling drugs, it will be a major achievement. It could all work in our favour. If they can manage on so little money, they can run a very lean ship once they actually are in profit (assuming that that happens, of course).
<"He was very confident for the future" > Over years Talley has always been "confident", at least that he could successfully manipulate increases in his personal income. His slippery statement .."partner agreement "sometime" in the beginning of next year.." means as clear text version only ... I have no clue at all.
